MMG Capital was founded in 2007 around the time that the real estate and credit markets were beginning to sour. Many perceive this as a bad time to get involved with anything relating to real estate, but in fact our timing was highly intentional. We knew that a lack of credit in the marketplace and depressed real estate values would lead to a number of opportunities like those that we’re taking advantage of today.

 

At the same time, we knew that investors would be scrambling to find investments that don’t put their capital at risk but also provide a decent rate of return. MMG Capital’s secured investments are some of the few that offer such a proposition in today’s marketplace.
