| What is the minimum amount of capital that I need to start investing? |

That depends on the way that you want to invest and who you want to invest with. For instance, if you’re investing in Trust Deeds on your own then you’ll need as much capital as you plan to lend. If you want to make a $100,000 loan then you’ll need to have $100,000. On the other hand, if you’re investing with a group or with an experienced Trust Deed Investment company like MMG Capital then the required capital could be far less since you would typically be combining your capital with that of others in order to fund Trust Deed Investments. Many companies carry a minimum investment of $25,000, but MMG Capital does not carry a minimum and is happy to entertain investments of all sizes.
