What if I run short on cash and need to withdraw some of my invested capital?
FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions - Investors

That’s one of the great advantages to investing with MMG Capital – you have the opportunity to maintain liquidity with all or a portion of your investment. Typically, Trust Deed Investments are nearly illiquid and your capital is unavailable for the duration of the term of the loan that you’ve made. However, that’s not the case with MMG Capital.

Refer to the MMG Capital Liquidity Program for more information about how you can maintain liquidity in Trust Deed Investing. We understand that life’s circumstances don’t always occur as planned. If you run into a need for some additional capital we’ll do everything that we can to ensure that you have access to it. This is just one more way that MMG Capital puts investors’ interests first.
