Learning Lending: The New Private Investing Guide
When we ask investors that are interested in private money lending and trust deed investing what they want more of, the one answer that we hear fairly consistently is "Education." It's truly unfortunate that solid, consistent investing techniques don't get the press that they deserve. It's become glaringly obvious that there is a void in the information marketplace for investors looking for safe investments that actually produce a return. And even those that happen to stumble upon them don't necessarilly ever realize it because there's a knowledge gap for beginning investors. They need to grasp the foundation of private lending before they can begin to appreciate the role that it plays in today's economy.
Well, we've heard you, and we're proud to announce that the complete guide to Private Lending is finally making its way online. The first five learning modules are no w available on our website. We've been working diligently to deliver a comprehensive knowledge database that will take new investors through a logical learning path - hopefully at the end of that path they will find a sufficient understanding of private lending to be comfortable enough to at least dip a toe into the water and see how beneficial this fantastic investing vehicle can be.

When Will It Sink In?
For investors that are still stuck in the equities market, the last few weeks have been like a brisk bungee jump off the edge of an uneven cliff. Meanwhile, MMG Investors have enjoyed a consistent, safe return in investments that are secured by valuable real estate. Personally, in our biased opinion, the latter should be the preferred method of investment. However, we will pass no judgment on those that don't conform.
However, we do share the sentiment of many experts that wonder when the realities of what is going on with Wall Street will ever sink in for these investors. While we do pride ourselves on providing market commentary from time to time, we much prefer the occasion when another bona fide expert provides it for us. And that's exactly what we got from Martin Andelman of The Niche Report in his latest article: How Many Investors Does it Take to Screw in a Lightbulb?
We invite you to take a read through Martin's general market commentary and remarks in general investing philosophy. Click the banner below for more...
