One of the questions that we’re asked on a consistent basis is: “How do you decide who gets to invest in new MMG Capital opportunities?”

 

The timing couldn’t be better to address that question in conjunction with the announcement of the MMG Capital Priority Investor List. We’ve come to realize that many investors, whether they’re ready to pursue Trust Deed Investing or not, want to catch a glimpse of what current MMG Investors have the opportunity to be involved in. The MMG Capital Priority Investor List was established to give everyone the chance to do just that.

 

The answer to the question is: Current investors that are participating in MMG Secured Loans are given the first opportunity to look at new transactions. After that, investors who have expressed interest in participating in future MMG Capital Secured Loans by completing an Investor Profile Form are given the next opportunity.

 

If you don’t fit into either of the above categories, your next step is to get on the Priority Investor List.
