Mr. Marlin has more than 50 years of experience in real estate investments, finance, and development. From 1969 to 1991, he served as Chairman of the Board of American Capital Corporation, an American Stock Exchange Company, which owned 65% of Transcapital Financial Corporation. Mr. Marlin led the acquisition of the controlling interest in Transcapital Financial Corporation (a New York Stock Exchange Company), which owned 100% of Transohio Savings Bank, the largest Savings and Loan in Ohio, and grew it to include a balance sheet of over $6 billion in assets. He’s the former Chairman of the Board of City National Bank Corporation of Miami, Florida, as well as the former Director of Miami National Bank. He’s also a former member of the Visitor and Convention Authority of Miami Beach. Mr. Marlin has organized and led various investment groups, including being a Trustee of the Southeast Shareholder Group, the largest shareholder of Southeast Banking Corporation, and a Trustee for the City National Bank Venture, which investments resulted in profits exceeding $100 million. He’s a founder of the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation, as well as a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Simon Wiesenthal Center. He’s currently active in local philanthropic organizations.

 

Mr. Gleason holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on marketing and entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. He also received an MBA in Financial Planning from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California. He has worked with several large, nationally recognized developers performing market studies, managing sales teams and developing new products. He also has over 5 years of mortgage experience, including time spent in wholesale lending. Besides his role as managing director of MMG Capital, Christopher is an active investor. He was responsible for the development of MMG Capital's business plan and ongoing implementation of best practices. He is currently responsible for all company day-to-day operations and execution of business strategies, along with providing Educational Opportunities for prospective and active MMG Capital Investors. In addition to being a published author, he has also created a number of free publications and videos relating to Trust Deed Investing and Secured Investment Opportunities.
